Wow! This week was nutz! SO many miracles!!! I love Kurume so much! The Lord has prepared this area so much! Our investigator Yamaguchi-san has been struggling with get the confidence to be baptized. He wants it so bad! He wants to be clean and free from his sins, but the thought of him quitting smoking just fills him with dispair. We asked him to pray about what date he wanted to get baptized. He sat by me during Sunday School, brought out the Baptismal calendar that we made him and pointed to June 21st and said, `Me. Baptism. ` I was so surprised! I asked him, `Did you pray about it? How do you feel about it?` He said, `I prayed and told God, `Baptism. Okay?` and God, said, `Hai, Okay!` He said that Jesus was happy.
That he felt good! So we made his date. He`s getting baptized next month! I was so happy and in awe of the power and mercy of God, but I wasn`t surprised. If people will pray, it is promised to them by God that he will answer. That`s a promise from a being who literally cannot ever in eternity break a promise. So of course the Lord answered his prayer. Of course ;D
Inamasu-san too has a a baptismal date for next month so we`re super pumped! Busy busy!
In other news. One of our members is the president of the Tennis Association in Kurume, so we got to go to a professional match and even got to ride home in the same bus as the players! They`re from all over the world like Australia and England so it was a great missionary opportunity!
BYU wind symphony came to chikushino so I got to go home to my 1st area!!!! I saw so many old friends! Gosh I loved it!
I also got to see my MTC comp and other friends!
Such a crazy week. Sorry i had no time for details! Love you!
